 1. The styles on our website are all our own unique designs, welcome to our exhibition room to see these samples.  

2. Color: The regular color of wedding dresses is white/ivory/dark ivory, but customized colors are also welcome.  

3. Size: The dress can be tailored in our size chart or costumer made. Plus size dresses and extra length are also available according to customers' special requirement.  

4. Customers' designs are welcome. We guarantee we can make each dress perfect for you if you offer accurate size and color just like making our own wedding dress, evening dress etc.  

5. MOQ: To establish business relations with buyers all over the world, MOQ can be one piece. The more you order, the more discount you can get. We offer several levels of quotation category according to order quantity.  

6. Delivery time: Usually 35 days after payment receipt if u are not in urgent. If it’s urgent, lead time is within 15 days. But extra $46USD/per urgent fee should be paid. 

7. Shipping terms: DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT, By sea, By air and so on.  

8. Payment terms: T/T, L/C, Western Union and so on. 

9. After-sale-service: We will arrange a merchandiser to follow your production process and quality. In the process if there are any problems like production schedule and quality issues, we will contact you at any time, also we can cooperate to the jet lag with you.
